Do I need to set up a legal entity in each country?
No. That's the whole point of Compunnel EOR. We already have our own legal entities in 150+ countries. Your employees are hired through our entities, so you never need to set up your own. This eliminates months of legal groundwork and thousands in setup costs.
Is there a minimum contract length or commitment?
No minimum commitment. Compunnel EOR is month-to-month. You can scale up, scale down, or cancel at any time without penalties. We believe the quality of our service — not lock-in clauses — should keep you with us.
How quickly can we onboard a new employee?
In most countries, onboarding is complete in 3–5 business days. Day 1: contract signed. Day 2: payroll configured. Day 3–5: employee is live. Our dedicated CSM handles all the paperwork, local filings, and system setup so you don't have to lift a finger.
